Fair Consulting was founded in 2009.

Scott Fair, CPA, is the founder and currently sole partner of Fair Consulting.  He has been an accountant / service provider for over 25 years, and offers a unique perspective and a wealth of accounting and management experience.  He has been a Manager or Director at Deloitte, EY, and RSM, serving both big and small companies.  Scott is currently the CFO of a transportation company, and continues to serve 2 other Honda suppliers as a finance executive.

Scott has differentiated himself over the years by embracing change, proposing non-traditional solutions, and continually improving processes.  He is comfortable and prides himself in his ability to bring order from chaos.

Scott is a husband and father of 2 sons who keep him busy, and his free time is spent playing basketball, golf and watching his sons and The Buckeyes play football and basketball.  Go Bucks!
